Full-rated vs up-rated: pool pros match total HP (THP = label HP × service factor), not label HP. Full-rated motors carry a higher service factor than up-rated motors of the same label HP — never swap one for the other without matching THP.

56J fitment: threaded C-face mount — the Hayward Super Pump / Super II / Max-Flo and Jacuzzi Magnum class.
